Booking & payment

How do I book a safari with Seemore Tours & Travels?

Choose a package, then send your dates and number of travellers on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. We confirm availability and the total price in writing, and a deposit secures your booking.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Lipa na M-Pesa, bank transfer and card payments. International guests usually pay in USD by card or bank transfer, and Kenyan residents in KES by M-Pesa.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A deposit confirms your seats and camp bookings, and the balance is due before departure. The exact amount and deadline are on your written quote.

Can I change my safari dates after booking?

Usually yes, subject to availability at the camps and parks. Tell us as early as possible. Changes close to departure may carry supplier charges.

Are your prices per person?

Yes, unless the package states otherwise (for example, per night or per day). Each package page also says whether park fees are included.

Do you offer custom or tailor-made safaris?

Yes. Tell us your budget, dates, interests and preferred parks, and we will design a private itinerary with a fixed price. See private safaris.

Do you provide invoices for companies?

Yes. We issue invoices for corporate trips, team building and school trips. See team building packages.
